Requirements

At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Nice To Haves

Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.
