About The Position

Nicholson Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. The technician will recommend solutions to customers, provide an exceptional customer experience, and keep accurate service documentation and communication. The position offers full-time, year-round employment with a consistent workload and an established customer base.

The company provides tools, training, and support, including more than 150 hours of paid training annually, opportunities for career advancement, and sponsorship opportunities for Journeyman licensing and NATE certification. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000. Top technicians earn $100,000 or more annually, with competitive base pay and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems.
