About The Position

This role involves commercial and industrial HVAC service work, including maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and some commissioning across a well-established commercial client base. It is predominantly a service and maintenance role, not an installation role. The business has a large existing service portfolio across commercial, industrial, warehousing, and logistics sites, ensuring consistent work. The service division is established, busy, and organized, allowing technicians to manage their jobs, interact professionally with customers, and work autonomously. There is a history of internal career progression into roles such as Account Manager and Project Manager.

Requirements

• Solid commercial HVAC service experience.
• Confidence with fault finding and customer-facing work.
• Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Restricted Electrical Licence for fault finding.
• Driver’s Licence.

Nice To Haves

• EWP or knuckle boom tickets (training can be arranged if required).
• Living in Melbourne's north or west, with work around Laverton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and some commissioning across a well-established commercial client base.
• Predominantly service and maintenance work.
• Managing jobs and dealing professionally with customers.
