About The Position
Levine & Sons is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, helping customers, and delivering five-star service. If you have strong residential HVAC experience, boiler experience, and know ServiceTitan, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong experience servicing boilers is required
- EPA Certification
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Complete service tickets and documentation in ServiceTitan
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
