About The Position

Climate Control is hiring skilled residential HVAC technicians who are tired of slow seasons, capped pay, or being undervalued. This role involves running residential service calls, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, presenting options to homeowners, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit. You will work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers.

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with performance-based pay and customer-facing work
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to earn what they deserve

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and maintain systems
• Present options and solutions to homeowners with confidence
• Deliver a 5-star experience on every visit
• Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
