About The Position

This is an exciting, full-time opportunity for an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join a company where growth is prioritized. Service Champions is looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals for their paid training program. No prior residential HVAC experience is required as the company hires for attitude and trains for skill. The training program is 9 weeks long and takes place at the Champions University training center and lab in Pleasanton, CA.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet) depending on the weather
Capability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks daily
Integrity and a commitment to promoting a positive company image
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently
Results-driven in a high-energy environment

Responsibilities

Deliver top performance by performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
Accurately document services performed and recommendations made through proper forms, reports, logs, and records.
Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards while fulfilling commitments.
Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and embracing lifelong learning.
