HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Cregger is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. This role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related issues. The technician will accurately document all service work and client communications, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Additionally, they will run service calls and repair or replace parts as needed, and clearly communicate system conditions, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs to customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- EPA Certification

- Familiarity with ServiceTitan and/or Nexstar
