Requirements

Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of HVAC service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient system operation.
Install new HVAC equipment according to company standards and customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures.
Follow safety standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Document work performed accurately and responsibly.
