About The Position

Germain Land Rover North Hills is seeking an Alignment Service Technician to perform precise alignment services to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and maintain optimal performance. This is a full-time position with a competitive wage and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Alignment Service Technician or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive alignment procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicle makes and models following manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect and diagnose alignment problems and recommend corrective services.
• Operate alignment equipment and make adjustments to steering, suspension, and frame components.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
