About The Position

We’re looking for a driven HVAC Sales Associate who knows how to build rapport, uncover what a homeowner really needs, and confidently recommend the right solution. You don’t need to be an HVAC expert to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell, communicate, and connect with people. We’ll teach you the technical side. Requirements

• Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical information and confidently explain it to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be coached and developed.
• No previous HVAC experience required we’re looking for great salespeople who are ready to learn.
• If you’re competitive, coachable, organized, and great with people, we’ll teach you the HVAC. You bring the sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their comfort needs, priorities, and budget.
• Build trust and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Present clear recommendations and accurate proposals.
• Educate homeowners and help them make confident decisions.
• Follow the SPARK sales process and company best practices.
• Confidently ask for the sale while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Create accurate scopes of work and maintain detailed customer records.
• Work with technicians, installers, and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
