Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC/R technical degree, Associate’s degree in HVAC/R, or highly mechanically inclined
- Two years of HVAC/R technical or counter sales experience.
- Timely, dependable, and driven work ethic.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment and make decisions to promote a strong cohesive unit.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Follow all assigned responsibilities according to established safety & security policies, guidelines, and legal regulations.
- Provide superior customer service in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.
- Write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.
- Assist with warehouse operations by analyzing low-stock situations, assisting in stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Manage and resolve customer issues.
- Occasionally drive to other branches and help out when needed.
- Serve on rotation for 24/7 on-call as needed.
