HVAC Sales/Service Tech - $5000 Sign-on bonus
About The Position
Village is celebrating its 80th year serving the Houston area and is experiencing strong growth. We have immediate openings for HVAC Technicians with residential service experience. This role offers career development, great benefits, and a family-like culture. A sign-on bonus of up to $5000 is currently being offered. The day starts from home, proceeding to the first residential service or maintenance call. After diagnosing issues, technicians will present homeowners with repair, enhancement, or replacement options. Cross-selling Plumbing or Electrical services offers additional commission with no cap.
Requirements
- 1+ years of residential service experience (excluding trade school).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- HVAC Technician registration with TDLR.
- EPA Type II certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Sales background a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential service or maintenance calls.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
- Present homeowners with options for repair, enhancements, and/or turnover opportunities.
- Cross-sell Plumbing or Electrical services for additional commission.
