The ideal candidate stays organized, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in creating a smooth experience from the first conversation to the final install.

Requirements

  • Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred)
  • Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments
  • Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend the right HVAC system solutions
  • Prepare clear, accurate proposals and pricing for installations and system upgrades
  • Guide customers through the sales process, answering questions and building trust
  • Stay in consistent communication with customers from first meeting through install
  • Coordinate with the install team to ensure a smooth, well-executed project
