About The Position
Christian Home Services is a trusted provider of compassionate, faith‑centered home care, proudly serving seniors and families throughout West Chester and the surrounding counties. The company is seeking a motivated and experienced In‑Home Sales Consultant to guide families in selecting the right in‑home care solutions for their loved ones. This role involves conducting in‑home consultations, assessing care needs, recommending appropriate services, educating families on options and pricing, and presenting proposals professionally. The consultant will build trust‑based relationships, convert leads into clients, collaborate with care coordinators, maintain documentation, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven in‑home sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills
- Compassionate, consultative, client‑first sales approach
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow‑through
- Self‑directed with the ability to manage a multi‑county territory
- Flexibility to meet families during evenings or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
