About The Position

Plugz Electric and Airz Heating and Cooling is expanding!! We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team! Qualified candidates will specialize in in-home sales consultations of residential HVAC Equipment and whole home solutions, confidently presenting to customers inside their homes. The right candidate will also have experience in leadership helping other sales representatives achieve goals as a team and individual. This role is based out of our Forest Lake office and involves daily travel throughout the 7 county metro area to conduct face-to-face, in-home sales presentations, sales leadership and coaching, and driving sales targets. Serving Minneapolis and St. Paul, Plugz Electric is based in Forest Lake, MN where we founded our unique electrical services company a few years ago. We’re growing to serve more customers, ensuring that each project we take on with our expert electricians is performed to exacting standards.

Requirements

  • Proven record of closing in-home sales consultations
  • Demonstrated success face-to-face customer sales
  • Self-motivated
  • Goal driven
  • Strong understanding of HVAC equipment
  • Problem solving skills and a creative mind
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who are prepared to make purchasing decisions
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations addressing customers home comfort needs
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions, educate customers, build value, and CLOSE!
  • Provide sales leadership and training for our HVAC and Electrical divisions
  • Daily travel throughout the 7 county metro area to conduct face-to-face, in-home sales presentations, sales leadership and coaching, and driving sales targets.
