Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.

Demonstrated success in business development and account management strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective management and coaching.
Develop strategic business plans to identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Conduct outside sales activities including client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with commercial clients.
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that promote HVAC solutions and technology products.
Utilize tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
Manage ordering of HVAC equipment and ensure proper inventory coordination.
Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
