About The Position
LMK Recruiting Solutions is hiring experienced, “van ready” Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians. If you have a strong background in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, a solid work history, and are looking for stability and growth with a reputable company, we want to hear from you. We are not seeking apprentices or entry-level candidates — this role is for seasoned technicians who can step in and make an immediate impact.
Requirements
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC/R, appliance repair, or relevant military service
- EPA Universal (or EPA I & II) required
- Strong and stable work history (no frequent job changes)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Own standard hand tools for the trade
- Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, and in tight spaces
- Willingness to travel within the region and participate in on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
- Dependable, self-motivated, with strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for service ticketing and reporting
- Pass background check, drug test, and driving record/MVR check
Nice To Haves
- CFESA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment (walk-in/reach-in coolers & freezers, ice machines, parallel rack systems, etc.)
- Inspect equipment and components to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with customers and branch staff regarding status of repairs
- Complete service tickets accurately and on time
- Manage truck stock and ensure parts are maintained on your vehicle
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards
- Model professionalism and provide guidance to less experienced technicians
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
