About The Position

Accutherm Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration company serving grocery, retail, and industrial clients with installation and service support. The HVAC/R Service Coordinator is based in the Phoenix office and works closely with company leadership, service technicians, and construction teams to keep operations organized and moving. This role coordinates people, schedules, materials, and details across a fast-paced service and construction environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both sides of the business. It offers an opportunity to build broad operational experience and contribute directly to the business's success.

Requirements

• Minimum associate's degree.
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
• Sound judgment and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Ability to learn company software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, construction coordination, operations support, or a related administrative role.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R or commercial refrigeration terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations, managing daily schedules, follow-ups, and changing priorities.
• Review service work orders and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage parts ordering, tracking, inventory, and documentation for service calls and project work.
• Serve as a liaison between service and construction teams to improve communication, handoffs, and execution.
• Maintain organization of the warehouse, service vehicles, office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and incoming deliveries.
• Support efficient service scheduling and accurate, timely customer follow-ups.
• Improve construction coordination and visibility into personnel, materials, and project status.
• Track parts and deliveries reliably to reduce delays and help field crews stay productive.
• Promote streamlined, proactive communication among service, construction, and leadership.
