Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Professional image.
Excellent logistics, communication, and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage subcontractors and negotiate contracts.
Oversee vendor purchase orders and equipment tracking.

Support daily correspondence, job meetings, and requests from the project owner.
