About The Position

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a motivated and organized HVAC Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for keeping residential HVAC replacement projects moving smoothly by coordinating customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers from the initial sale through project completion. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and contributing to team success.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Associates Degree or Higher, commensurate experience or training will be considered

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project coordination, operations, construction, or customer service is preferred
• HVAC experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completion
• Schedule installation crews and manage project timelines
• Communicate with customers throughout their project
• Coordinate permits, inspections, equipment, materials, rebates, and warranty registrations
• Support Comfort Advisors with scheduling and sold-job processing
• Work closely with installers, warehouse staff, and leadership to keep projects on track
• Help identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture
• Supervise one administrative team member
