We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle, including design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. The HVAC Project Manager leads commercial HVAC repair and special projects ranging from small service work to projects up to $4 million. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, safety, scheduling, financial performance, customer satisfaction, subcontractor coordination, and successful project closeout while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC service, construction, project management, estimating, or field supervision experience.
  • Commercial HVAC systems knowledge including chilled water, DX, boilers, pumps, air handlers, controls, piping, and ductwork.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/ERP software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background screening.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum five years of related experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, OSHA 30, or trade-related certifications.
  • Experience managing projects up to $4 million.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Vista, Spectrum, or Service Trade.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from turnover through closeout, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
  • Develop project plans, manpower forecasts, procurement strategies, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
  • Monitor labor productivity, costs, billing, cash flow, and project forecasts.
  • Manage purchasing, equipment releases, subcontractors, and change orders.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance, jobsite safety, and company quality standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee project documentation, contract compliance, reporting, billing, collections support, and final closeout.
  • Identify additional service and project opportunities with existing customers.
