About The Position

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Project Coordinator to coordinate residential HVAC installations from sale through completion. This role involves working with customers, installers, sales, field leadership, logistics, and internal teams to keep projects on track. While HVAC experience is not required, skills in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, project coordination, administration, or operations are transferable. The company has been serving homeowners since 1969 and offers opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily residential HVAC installation schedules.
  • Work with installers and field leadership to ensure jobs are properly prepared.
  • Monitor projects from sale through completion.
  • Coordinate installer schedules, Saturday availability, and approved time off.
  • Coordinate gas line installations from scheduling through completion.
  • Monitor permits and customer balances and partner with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and installation records.
  • Process paperwork, payments, permits, and required documentation.
  • Use ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, Wells Fargo, Synchrony, and other company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours scheduling schedule, covering approximately one week every two months.
