Requirements

Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

Nice To Haves

Valid license, certification, or ability to obtain required trade credentials

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions
Perform seasonal HVAC system checks and routine maintenance
Install, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Perform diagnostic assessments for leaks, drainage issues, and system failures
Complete new construction, remodel, or service-based plumbing tasks
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Perform electrical system testing, troubleshooting, and safety inspections
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes
