About The Position

This is a pipeline posting for General Manager roles at Champions Group, which is growing through acquisitions and organic expansion across the U.S. The company is building a bench of exceptional leaders for future expansion. Champions Group is a nationwide leading provider of essential home services specializing in heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services, dedicated to delivering timely, high-quality services across a comprehensive suite of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products. Champions Group Holdings includes numerous brands from across the country.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a multi-trade environment
  • Demonstrated track record of growing a service business — revenue, team size, or market footprint
  • Hands-on familiarity with the trades: you've supervised technicians, managed dispatch, and understand the field
  • Strong financial acumen — you know your numbers and can drive profitability with intention
  • Excellent communication and people skills; you lead by example and inspire loyalty

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan, or comparable field service software

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility for a multi-trade service operation (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical)
  • Hiring, developing, and retaining field technicians, dispatchers, and office staff
  • Setting and executing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Partnering with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  • Building a culture of high performance, accountability, safety, and exceptional customer experience
  • Managing vendor relationships, fleet, equipment, and operational infrastructure
