About The Position
ElitAire is seeking an HVAC Parts Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves providing parts and aftermarket support to customers using a broad variety of HVAC equipment. The specialist will be responsible for processing parts sales, customer orders, and responding to customer inquiries and questions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent technical experience with HVAC Commercial Parts
- 5+ years of HVAC and/or Sales Experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50-Lbs with or without an accommodation
- Ability to operate a powered lift
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various product related inquiries and parts identification.
- Process customer orders and purchases with appropriate vendor supply team.
- Support internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer needs.
- Secure additional orders through proactive recommendations based on clients' needs.
- Assist in vendor sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration.
- Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
