About The Position

As a Parts Specialist at ElitAire, you will provide parts and aftermarket support to customers using a broad variety of HVAC equipment. You will also be responsible for processing parts sales, customer orders, and responding to customer’s inquiries and questions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accurate, efficient, and capable of responding to customer needs. ElitAire prioritizes people and delivers top-notch sales, service, and controls to the commercial and industrial HVAC market across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Since 2008, we've grown from 7 employees to a thriving team of approximately 95, and we're on a robust trajectory of expansion. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent technical experience with HVAC Commercial Parts
  • 5+ years of HVAC and/or Sales Experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50-Lbs with or without an accommodation
  • Ability to operate a powered lift

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with various product related inquiries and parts identification.
  • Process customer orders and purchases with appropriate vendor supply team.
  • Support internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer needs.
  • Secure additional orders through proactive recommendations based on clients' needs.
  • Assist in vendor sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
  • Earn the lead responsibility to support and manage 100% of Service department aftermarket needs.
  • Earn a promotion to become ElitAire Parts Store Manager with counter sales.
  • Start-up our inaugural Parts Store including determination of inventory carried, pricing strategy, marketing, and team building.
  • Be responsible for overall store budget and profitability.
  • Earn the long-term opportunity to become the ElitAire Aftermarket Business Leader for the entire territory.
