About The Position
Mackey Services is seeking an HVAC Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to support field teams by sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts and equipment. The position helps keep jobs on schedule, inventory accurate, and customers satisfied by ensuring the correct materials are available when needed, supporting warranty and return processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role is essential to the success of field operations and the company’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC parts coordination, inventory, and purchasing.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace and ServiceTitan or a similar platform.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Comfort working in both office and warehouse environments.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill parts and material requests.
- Track orders and follow up with vendors.
- Maintain stock and fulfill technician requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct counts and audits.
- Manage purchase orders in ServiceTitan.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming orders against pick tickets and purchase orders.
- Operate a forklift.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
