About The Position

Chesapeake Climate Control has an immediate opening for a talented HVAC Foreman. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential homes.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC with residential housing for new construction REQUIRED
Management experience REQUIRED
Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and practices
Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
Must have hand tools and reliable transportation
Must have a clean background
Must have a driver's license
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently
Experienced foreman with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently
Ability to excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure
Must be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service
Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
Able to work well in an environment of constant changes
Must have a “No Excuses, Make It Happen” attitude
