About The Position

Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to HVAC equipment and related systems.

Requirements

• Technical training in preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and related systems required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Six years experience or comparable combination of education and experience in HVAC maintenance required.

Nice To Haves

• HS/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, report malfunctions, and make repairs to HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment with assorted hand and power tools.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and diagrams, with a basic understanding of blueprints.
• Ability to reason and troubleshoot problems in a logical, systematic manner.
• Ability to maintain and complete written records, logs, requisitions and work orders.
• Possess a basic understanding of applicable codes and ordinances.
• Knowledge of general safety rules.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
