Requirements

3+ years managing or supervising HVAC service/sales teams.
1+ years overseeing budgets, revenue, or P&L performance.
A commitment to quality work, customer care, and technician development.
Ability to coach technicians on presenting solutions that genuinely benefit customers.
Hands‑on understanding of field operations and technical challenges.
Clear, confident leadership with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to anticipate issues and create effective, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Champion best‑in‑class service standards that ensure every customer receives exceptional care.
Improve conversion rates, maintenance completion, system reliability, and customer satisfaction through disciplined execution.
Coach technicians to identify customer needs, present solutions, and build trust that leads to natural sales opportunities.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing team focused on craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism.
Create a supportive environment where technicians feel valued, supported, and excited to grow their careers.
Strengthen workflows, safety practices, and service systems to maximize efficiency and consistency.
Work closely with dispatch, install, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Represent ACE Home Services as a trusted, service‑first leader in the Albuquerque community.
