About The Position

We’re hiring a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance for residential clients. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy helping customers while also maximizing their earnings through strong sales performance. Requirements

• Residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or diagnostics)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify and recommend solutions that improve comfort and efficiency
• Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and perform light repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Identify and present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to homeowners
• Build trust with customers through clear, professional communication
• Use advanced tools to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety standards and maintain accurate service records
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
