About The Position

Rocket Cooling is a fast-growing HVAC company looking for maintenance technicians who take pride in their work, communicate well with customers, and understand that a quality maintenance visit builds trust that lasts for years. This is a field-based position serving the Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, and West Palm Beach areas. Technicians dispatch directly from home and are only required to attend one scheduled office meeting per week at our Port Saint Lucie location.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Maintenance experience strongly preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with accurate digital documentation
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital inspection forms
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily route
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• 1 year of HVAC Maintenance experience
• 1 year of ServiceTitan experience
• EPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Complete detailed system inspections and identify potential concerns before they become breakdowns
• Clean, inspect, and test HVAC equipment to maximize reliability and efficiency
• Complete detailed digital inspection forms in ServiceTitan with accurate notes, measurements, and recommendations
• Capture before and after photos to document your work and clearly communicate system condition to the customer
• Present completed maintenance reports to customers, explaining your findings in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
• Educate customers on the condition of their system and recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate
• Actively discuss and renew Rocket Cooling maintenance memberships while helping customers understand the value of ongoing preventative maintenance
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings clearly to customers and the office
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document completed maintenance, upload photos, and maintain accurate job records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
• Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience on every visit
• Participate in an on-call rotation when needed
