Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
HVAC Certified/EPA
1+ years of HVAC experience
Clean driving record
Time management skills
Basic software understanding
Self-motivation
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills
The ability to use various hand and power tools common to trade
The ability to learn through observation and hands on experience
The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
The ability to communicate with team members and customers effectively
Being capable of maintaining professional working relationships with team members
The ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and implement ideas contained in technical documents, reports, regulations, etc.
The ability to perform basic mathematical functions

Responsibilities

Perform skilled maintenance and service on HVAC systems, including duct work.
Submit customer invoices via company iPad, correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostics, and all recommended repairs.
Perform proper maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems that prevents systems from breaking down and provide safety and comfort for our clients.
Communicate options to clients for maintenance, repairs, and replacement, IAQ, and insulation.
Speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
Work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and in an accurate manner.
Manage stress, difficult, or emotional customer situations.
Operate company vehicles, following all state and federal laws, and maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicles.
Adhere to safety responsibilities and requirements provided in training.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
