Requirements

Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)

Responsibilities

Perform routine HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and provide customers with recommended solutions
Follow daily schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain detailed service records
Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems
Use ServiceTitan software to track maintenance work and document system conditions
Maintain compliance with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
