HVAC Maintenance Technician
About The Position
As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you help keep heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently. You build trust with customers while providing quality service and preventive care. The role involves inspecting systems, accurately quoting repairs or replacements, and completing proposed work as quoted. The technician also participates in on-call assignments, staff meetings, and training sessions, and follows company policies and procedures. The company values integrity, ownership, and service. Requirements
- Able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead.
- Able to climb and work on ladders.
- Able to use hand and power tools.
- Drug testing and background checks are conditions of employment.
- A valid driver's license is a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
- Conduct thorough inspections and accurately quote replacements or repairs.
- Complete proposed work as quoted.
- Participate in on-call assignments and provide backup as required.
