About The Position

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to help keep residential heating and cooling systems operating safely and efficiently. The technician provides inspections, preventive care, and quality service while building trust with homeowners. The role involves communicating professionally with customers, office staff, and coworkers; completing proposed work as quoted; participating in on-call assignments, meetings, and training; and following company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Candidates must be able to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 25 pounds; crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead; work on ladders; and use hand and power tools. Drug testing, background checks, and a valid driver's license are conditions of employment.

Requirements
