About The Position

This position requires HVAC knowledge and general building and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include: Maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment, following all applicable HVAC codes and safety requirements, removing old HVAC equipment and assisting with new system installation, installing pipe and ductwork as needed, reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics, understanding refrigeration cycles, interpreting technical data, including pressure and temperature charts, performing routine maintenance around the property, troubleshooting basic electrical issues, repairing broken or leaking plumbing, and performing basic carpentry and general building repairs.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good driving record and ability to be added to the company’s auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing building HVAC equipment
• Following all applicable HVAC codes and safety requirements
• Removing old HVAC equipment and assisting with new system installation
