Requirements
- 1+ years of HVAC Maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- EPA 608 certification required
- Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
- Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting
- Ability to explain technical issues in a way customers understand
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
- Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
- Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
- Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
- Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish
