Requirements

Minimum of 5 years Residential HVAC Service Experience.
Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls.
Skilled in safe use of hand and power tools.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Able to work safely from ladders for extended periods.
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
Must have required tools for the job.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including: Split System Heat Pumps and A/C Units. Gas Furnaces and Air Handlers. Tank and Tankless Water Heaters. Mini-Splits and Geothermal Systems. (Hydronic Boiler knowledge is a plus).
Perform high-quality repairs in a timely and profitable manner.
Maintain an organized, properly stocked service truck.
Use dispatch software through a mobile app.
Provide excellent customer service to every client.
