Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
• EPA Certification required.
• Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
• We evaluate applicants based on their education, experience, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems with minimal or no supervision.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Lift heavy equipment (50-100 lbs. regularly) and work in various physical environments, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas.
• Build trust and strong relationships with both customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including company vehicles and customer properties.
• Address client concerns and offer solutions to their HVAC needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
