About The Position
Join ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a full-time, year-round work opportunity with multiple schedules available. The role involves diagnosing and addressing customer HVAC concerns, presenting options, and performing service repairs with a high proficiency level to ensure customer satisfaction. Understanding and following proper diagnostic procedures, acquiring necessary tools, completing documentation, explaining guarantees/warranties, and collecting fees are key aspects of the job. Attendance at weekly training meetings is also required.
Requirements
- 1 year of residential HVAC experience
- HVAC school graduates please apply!
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
- Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.
- Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
- Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
- Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
- Attend weekly training meetings
