Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
  • EPA Universal Certification required
  • Electrical experience required
  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and local codes
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while leading installation projects
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must provide your own hand tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FHW, boiler, and steam systems is a plus
  • NATE Certification is a plus
  • Sheet Metal License is a plus
  • Hot Work Certification preferred
  • OSHA 10 Certification or higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including new construction and replacement systems
  • Install and replace heating and cooling equipment according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Evaluate HVAC systems and recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Perform system testing, including leak checks, electrical testing, and equipment verification
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components, wiring, and equipment when needed
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
  • Ensure every installation meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
