Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading installation projects and mentoring less experienced technicians.
Advanced knowledge of duct design, airflow, refrigerant systems, gas piping, and HVAC system performance.
Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

3-5 Years Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently manage residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Install HVAC related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field with minimal management support.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, local codes, company standards, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
