About The Position
Bolls Heating & Cooling, now an Ace Hardware Home Services Company, is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer. Since 1948, Bolls Heating & Cooling has been improving the comfort of homes and businesses in Indianapolis. Ace Hardware Home Services offers a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, aiming to be the best, most trusted provider of home preservation services with a signature Helpful service. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings. The installer will assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units, design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping. Maintaining accurate logs of work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of the position. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Nice To Haves
- 2+ Years Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
- Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
- Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
- Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
