About The Position

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're currently on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for our mission to deliver exceptional HVAC services to both commercial and residential clients. As a Journeyman Installer, you will lead installations, ensuring both electronic and mechanical components meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, including the latest in smart home automation and energy-efficient technologies.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
At least two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry is required.
Candidates must possess in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the installation process.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams effectively.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
Candidates must have passed or be willing to obtain the EPA Certification (Universal).
Obtaining NATE certification within the first 12 months of employment is expected.

Responsibilities
