The HVAC Lead Installer will lead residential HVAC installation projects, ensure quality workmanship, maintain jobsite standards, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail, with an emphasis on mentoring team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Type II Certification
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Strong hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC installations
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of HVAC installation projects and make sure each system is set up correctly and performs as expected.
- Build a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, working professionally, and treating each home with care.
- Work alongside newer installers, providing hands-on direction and helping them develop their skills on the job.
- Identify installation or equipment concerns and take the appropriate steps to get them resolved.
- Complete all work according to manufacturer requirements, safety practices, and applicable building and electrical codes.
