Requirements
- Prior HVAC installation experience preferred, especially with residential replacements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic or crawlspace environments
- Residential Replacement: 2 years (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
- RMGA (Required)

Responsibilities
- Perform residential HVAC system change-outs and add-ons (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits)
- Remove old units and install new systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications
- Modify or replace ductwork as needed for system fit and performance
- Ensure all installations meet local code and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside customers’ homes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
