About The Position

Horizon Services is hiring an HVAC Lead Install Technician to install residential heating and cooling systems. The technician is expected to complete installations safely, efficiently, and to company standards; provide exceptional customer service; educate homeowners on the operation and maintenance of new equipment; and maintain a professional appearance and attention to detail.

The role offers compensation up to $45 per hour, a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates, and potential earnings of $100,000 or more per year, with performance-based bonus opportunities. The company describes the position as stable, year-round, full-time work, with flexible scheduling options that include traditional schedules and 4x10 shifts. Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Installation Technician.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
