Requirements

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently while leading a crew
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

Hydronic Experience Preferred
Experience with boilers, radiant heating, and hydronic systems is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Leading residential HVAC installation crews
Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers
Installing and modifying ductwork
System start-up, commissioning, and customer education
Training and mentoring apprentice installers
Maintaining clean, organized job sites
Ensuring every installation meets company quality standards and local building codes
Delivering a true five-star customer experience
