About The Position
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to represent our HVAC brand. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a job that fits their lifestyle, including college students, parents, or those re-entering the workforce. We offer flexibility in time slots and multiple store locations in Central Florida, including Clermont and The Villages. The position involves entering customer information into a tracking system, building positive relationships with staff, providing insights to management, and maintaining a positive, professional presence.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations.
- Great time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- An interest in HVAC or a passion for learning and helping people.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer info into our tracking system quickly and accurately.
- Build positive relationships with staff to create a team-friendly atmosphere.
- Provide insights to the management team.
